Return & Refund Policy

All items in our store are made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is damaged or incorrect. If there is any concern with your order, please let us know immediately at contact@thebookishsoul.com.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We may request photos to help process any replacement or refund. If a package appears lost, first ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout was correct. We are not able to reimburse costs if the address was entered incorrectly. If the address is correct, please reach out to your local post office or check with neighbors, as packages sometimes arrive a few days later than expected. If you are still unable to locate your package, feel free to email us.
