Follow these steps to keep your t-shirts looking fresh and ready to wear!

• Wash and Dry Inside Out
  A simple step to help maintain the quality of your t-shirt.
  
• Use Cold Machine Wash, Low Heat Tumble Dry & Gentle Detergents. Do not Bleach.
  High heat and harsh detergents can shorten your t-shirt’s lifespan.
  
• Avoid Excessive Spinning
  Too much spinning can cause unnecessary wear and tear.
  
• Air Dry When Possible
  If using a dryer, avoid heavy items like coats or blankets.
  
• Iron Inside Out on Low Heat
  Keep the design safe by starting with a lower heat setting. Do not Dry-Clean.

Shipping Policy:

Orders are printed and shipped on demand, which typically takes about 4–5 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress. Please note that delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be subject to delays. We currently ship within the United States and internationally to most countries worldwide.

For orders shipping outside the United States, customs and import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred upon delivery. Shipping times for international orders vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Return & Refund Policy

All items in our store are made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is damaged or incorrect. If there is any concern with your order, please let us know immediately at thebookishsoul.contact@gmail.com.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We may request photos to help process any replacement or refund. If a package appears lost, first ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout was correct. We are not able to reimburse costs if the address was entered incorrectly. If the address is correct, please reach out to your local post office or check with neighbors, as packages sometimes arrive a few days later than expected. If you are still unable to locate your package, feel free to email us.

Please note the following:

• The product color may appear slightly different in photos due to lighting and environment.
• The graphic size and placement may vary slightly from the images shown. Smaller sizes (S & M) may have a proportionally smaller print compared to larger sizes (L & up).

All our products are made to order—this takes a bit longer, but it helps reduce overproduction and waste, making it a more sustainable choice. Because of this, I do not keep products in stock, so please double-check your shipping address and size before checking out.
